Upon filling out her insurance forms, one of the girls I work with just asked the receptionist if she needed to fill out the life insurance part of the sheet.
Receptionist: "Yeah, fill it out in case you die."
Girl: "Oh my gosh! Well, what is a beneficiary?"
Receptionist: "The lucky winner."
